I have found the training to be very effective from using small elements of what I learned while on the course, some of which I also apply to my personal life. I look forward to having a moment to sit down and go through the file I was given, and practice some of the other elements we worked through.
I thought the pre-course activity was a well thought-out exercise, particularly that you are reviewing your ‘natural state’ in the situation from watching the replay rather than actually doing the exercise again.
I would very much recommend using Cognisant in the future.
