Ian is a Master NLP practitioner, qualified INLPTA trainer, hypnotherapist, counsellor, psychotherapist, coach and mentor. Ian works within the corporate sector, he is highly experienced in people management, and issues around working effectively as a team. Ian has a background within sales and marketing for a number of blue chip companies including EMI and has a good understanding of the critical nature of communication, motivation and the importance of how we relate to one another for commercial performance.

Pam Thomas PGCE, MITOL, MCICM, NLP Prac
Pam has considerable training and managerial experience gained through a variety of roles in banking and corporate sectors. She holds a post graduate degree in education and training, is an NLP Practitioner, a member of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (MITOL) and the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (MCICM).
